About the Role

Program Intern, under supervision of Program Director, will be responsible to manage day-to-day execution across end-to-end processes within a program, from pre-program preparation to post-program reporting. The main objective of this role is to ensure end-to-end processes run smoothly and professionally. This role will report to the Program Director and will focus on managing artificial intelligence innovations.

Responsibilities

• Together with Program Director, support strategic programmatic and community building activities, program awareness campaigns, direct engagement approaches to ensure the program become the top of mind across key stakeholders (i.e. entrepreneurs, business and government partners, and investors)
• Assist Program Director in pre-program negotiation, preparation, and communication with all partners
• Support Program Director in shortlisting entrepreneurs to participate in the program
• Assist Program Director in developing program curriculum and program detailed plan
• Assist program execution, including managing coordination with the key stakeholders (e.g. mentors, speakers, partners, entrepreneurs, etc.) and are available to conduct meetings offline or online 
• Assist post-program entrepreneur monitoring and evaluation, and develop post program reporting for business partners.
   

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Tech/Business/Communication/Marketing/Management or other relevant subjects from top tier university
• Looking to start career in project/program  management, business development, or other related fields
• Available to do on-site meetings in Jabodetabek area
• Passionate about Artificial Intelligence, technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with multi-functions from various backgrounds
• Biassed to execution with attention to detail and problem solving mindset
• Great communications skills both written and verbal
• Professional proficiency in English
